About

As a registered 501(c)(3) non-profit, we aim to empower and set UC Davis women up for success both on and off the water. Unfortunately, like many people, our team and coaches have been hit hard by the pandemic. To ensure that our team can continue to rebuild our program, we will be doing an Erg-A-Thon. On November 20th, our athletes will take turns rowing on ergometers for 12 consecutive hours. As a registered 501(c)(3) non-profit, all donations made through Piggybackr are tax deductible.

    Update from maisey rew

Dear Friends and Family, As many of you might know, on November 20th our team completed our annual Erg-A-Thon, where each of our athletes took 1 hours shifts on the erg in order to keep two ergs running for 12 consecutive hours! Our team logged over 300,000 meters on the erg this year. We are also excited to report that we have already raised over $10,000. We are extremely grateful for the generosity of our donors. It is with their support that our team is able to continue growing and rebuilding after the hit we took due to covid. With that said, we are still a little ways off of reaching our goal. Any donation helps us get closer to this goal and allows us to bring new equipment into the boathouse. Any new equipment that we get brings a new sense of excitement to our athletes that encourage us all to keep training hard. Any donation made to our team is tax deductible. If you're not in a position to donate, it would be great appreciated if you could spread the word about our fundraiser to anyone who might be interested in donating. You can also keep up with out team by visiting our website at http://www.ucdrowing.com or following our instagram @ucdwrowing. Sincerely, Women's Rowing at UC Davis
