SEO Scholars is a free eight-year academic program that gets low-income public high school students to and through college—with a 95% college graduation rate. In 9th-12th grade, we offer intensive year-round academic preparation via a carefully-calibrated, rigorously-assessed course of supplemental education. Our Saturday, summer, and weekly after-school classes provide the equivalent of 2.5+ years of instruction in English and 1.5+ years of instruction in math. 2016 FIRST Robotics Team, Team 4201: The Vitruvian Bots

Da Vinci Science Team 4201 The Vitruvian Bots is a successful young robotics team of more than 50 students and their mentors. Last year, we did well at the regional competitions, won awards for our designs, and went on to attend the National Championships in St. Louis, where we made it to the quarter-finals in the Archimedes Division.
Odyssey of the Mind World Finals, World Finals in Ames, Iowa

We are Carl Sandburg Middle School's Odyssey of the Mind team. We won our regional tournament and our state tournament so we have qualified for World Finals which will be held at Iowa State University from May 28 – June 1. Odyssey of the Mind is a creative problem solving competition. Our team has been together since fifth grade and this will be our second trip to World Finals. We are excited to represent the great state of Virginia and look forward to competing against teams from all over the globe including China, Poland, Mexico and Germany to name a few!

We are excited and proud to announce that Team 4201, The Vitruvian Bots of Da Vinci Science High School, has qualified for the FIRST Championship in St. Louis, April 22-25! We won more awards than any other team at our Ventura Regional Competition: Finalist Award, Industrial Design Award, Dean's List, and our own Kelly Crabtree won the competition to sing the Star-Spangled Banner!
