Support GBHS Girls Lacrosse, Granite Bay High school Girls Lacrosse
Organized by Tameka Usher
Lacrosse is a great sport to play and to watch. However, it also has costs associated with it. The school does not provide financial support, so the expense running our successful program falls onto the parents and players. Each year we have a fundraiser to help pay for the season and lower our costs to play lacrosse here at Granite Bay. That is why I am emailing you today. This years fundraiser will not only help raise money to run our program, but it will also help each of us improve our skills. We are doing a Wall-Ball-a-Thon. What is this? It’s a fundraiser that ends with each player getting as many reps throwing the ball against a wall constantly for 2 hours. My goal is to have 6000 reps after 2 hours of work. You can help us reach our program goal of $4,800 by pledging one of our donation amounts below. Apprentice Sponsor level ($25) Lax Sponsor level ($50) Novice Sponsor level ($120) Immediate Sponsor level ($150) Advance Sponsor level ($200) Or you can enter your own amount All donations are done electronically through Piggybackr.com and are tax-deductible. Will you help us reach our fund raising goals by pledging? Follow this link to get started: https://www.piggybackr.com Thank you for your support! I hope to see you at one of our games!

Help us get BHS MTB a trailer!, Berkeley High School Mountain Bike Team
Organized by Christopher Rouge
The BHS MTB Team was the first in California (and, we believe, the nation) dedicated to high school mountain bike racing. A founding member of the NorCal High School Cycling League, the Team's tradition of excellence is reflected not just in our trophies, championships, and medals, but most importantly in the love for mountain biking that each member of the Team has developed.
PLEASE SUPPORT THE ORU ERGATHON!, Oregon Rowing Unlimited
Organized by The Mighty ORU Rowing Team
Oregon Rowing Unlimited (ORU) is a non-profit 501c(3) organization (Tax ID # 931035900), formed in 1988 to promote the sport of rowing in Oregon. Since then, ORU has been instrumental in inspiring and assisting the launch of numerous Portland-area rowing programs. For over 25 years our Juniors program has taught thousands of youth from all economic backgrounds; no one is turned away. Our youth team practices 5 days a week and participates in 10-12 regattas each year. Our phenomenal coaches include a husband-wife duo who are former Bulgarian National Team members with over 40 years combined coaching experience. As Bulgarian National Title winners in sculling and sweep rowing, they have also earned numerous medals in international rowing competitions. Our masters coach, bringing with her over 35 years coaching experience, is a decorated rower herself, having earned international, regional, and local medals. ORU rowers, under our coaches' guidance and leadership, approach each practice with extreme passion, enthusiasm, and never-give-up attitudes. This commitment has resulted in ORU achieving local, regional and national acclaim.

Piedmont Football, Piedmont Football
Organized by Lucas Denman
We are the Piedmont High School Highlander football team. Our program is steeped in tradition, proud of our accomplishments and eager and excited to create a legacy of our own. This past season we were recognized as the top scholastic team in our entire section, an accomplishment which gives us great pride. Our JV team went 7-3 and our varsity team qualified for the sectional playoffs and won the program's first playoff game in over a decade. We were also honored with the most all-league players in our league including the offensive player of the year. This year we hope to build upon these accomplishments, and could use your help.
